All semen sales are final upon delivery. No returns or exchanges allowed.
Semen will only be shipped after being paid for in full.
Tanks must be shipped for return within 24hrs of arrival to buyer.
Tanks not returned within 72 hours will incur a fee of $50/day until their return.
Your shipment will contain a report of the number of straws and the number of straws per dose in your order.
Damage to straws or container needs to be communicated to Epona Equine Sires immediately. Claims made more than 12 hours after arrival will not be honored.
Your shipment will contain thawing instructions. It is strongly advised that you, your agent, or your veterinarian follow these thawing instructions.
Epona Equine Sires is not liable for frozen semen once in your, your agent’s, or your veterinarian’s possession.
You are responsible for communicating the number of straws or doses to be used on your mare to your veterinarian.
You agree to hold harmless Epona Equine Sires and/ or its agents for any damage to or illness of mares inseminated with frozen semen purchased from Epona Equine Sires, LLC.
Epona Equine Sires, LLC, is a brokerage service, not the producer of any doses sold and makes no claim to the fertility of any stallion or dose of frozen semen.
There are no live foal guarantees or guarantees of pregnancy.
Epona Equine Sires makes no claim to the viability, fertility, or freedom from disease of any frozen semen.
Epona Equine Sires is not liable for any misinformation on this website. You are urged to research any stallion you are considering.
Epona Equine Sires cannot guarantee the registration of nor the registration options for your foal.
All frozen semen doses contain an industry standard of 200 million progressively motile sperm cells.
Epona Equine Sires is not liable for damage to to frozen semen shipped in customer-supplied tanks.
Epona Equine Sires is liable for damage to frozen semen shipped in Epona Equine Sires’ tanks.
Epona Equine Sires reserves the right to deny service to anyone. Such orders, if already placed, will be cancelled and funds returned before shipment.
All orders placed are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
